Order Cancellation/Refunds

You may cancel your order up to 48 hours before your order is scheduled to be picked up.

Your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 72 hours. If you wish to cancel your order with less than 48 hours notice, we may be able to accommodate you. Please call the bakery where the order is scheduled to be picked up and speak with one of our salespeople.
