Roast Beef & Horseradish Cream Sandwich

A good spread can really “make” a sandwich. We love this Horseradish Cream paired with roast beef on a Noe Valley Bakery Challah roll. We know you’ll love it, too!

Ingredients:

  • Noe Valley Bakery challah roll
  • Sliced cucumber
  • Arugula
  • Horseradish Cream (directions below)
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 2 tbsp prepared horseradish
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • ⅛ tsp black pepper
  • and (optional) 1 tbsp chopped chives.

 

Horseradish Cream Directions:

Mix in a small bowl, horseradish cream will last 2 weeks in the refrigerator.
