Tuna Salad Sandwich

This sandwich is a staff favorite! Tuna salad packs protein and some serious crunch when you add the right extras to it. Bon appetit!

Ingredients:

  • Noe Valley Bakery sliced wheat or multigrain loaf
  • 1 pound can tuna (drained)
  • 4 stalks diced celery or 2-3 diced apples (or mix!)
  • 1/8 cup diced red onion
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 2 pinches black pepper
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • 1/2 pound mayonnaise

 

Directions:

Mix all ingredients together and spread between bread, enjoy! Look in the door of your fridge and have fun by adding capers, olives, different mustards and/or hot sauces!
